Redefine International has a European portfolio of 39 properties located in Germany and Switzerland with a market value of approximately €274 million. The European portfolio consists of higher yielding investments that provide solid cash on cash returns without compromising on the strength, security and growth prospects of the underlying investment.
In Europe, the company focuses on retail properties, leased to multi-national and national chains on medium to long term leases in locations with relatively large catchment areas.
The portfolio is actively managed by a team who constantly seek opportunities for growth via rent increases and other value enhancing activities such as expansion of existing buildings, changing the tenant mix, use of rooftops for solar energy and many more.
